@crownpipsgoldbot is our Telegram bot. Tap Start and it shows the Elite plans, the free channel, the latest calls and support. After you pay for Elite, it sends your private invite. Commands: /start, /latest, /status and /help.

Yes: the free channel. It posts daily calls, levels and market notes, and it stays free. Elite adds every call in real time, the live management and Crown Pips Algo.

Gold (XAU/USD) first. Oil (WTI and Brent) when the setup is clean. Crown Pips Algo trades XAU/USD only. Our TradingView breakdowns also cover FX majors and crypto, as analysis rather than calls.

For the calls, any broker that offers XAU/USD and oil on MetaTrader or TradingView. For Crown Pips Algo, any broker with XAU/USD on MetaTrader 5. Check your broker's contract size for gold before you size a position by hand — it differs between brokers.

Elite Monthly is $49 a month. Elite Yearly is $399 a year — $33.25 a month, so you save $189 (32%) compared with 12 months of Elite Monthly. Both include Crown Pips Algo and the member dashboard. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them to your currency.

The price you join at stays locked in for as long as you stay subscribed — renewals keep the same price. As Crown Pips grows, prices go up for new members. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.

Yes. Tap a plan on the Plans page and you pay on Stripe's secure checkout. You can also buy inside the Telegram bot: tap Start in @crownpipsgoldbot and pick a plan there. Same plans, same price.

Bought in the bot: your private invite arrives in the same chat. Bought on the site: you land on a welcome page with your next steps — open the bot, then e-mail support@crownpips.com with the e-mail you paid with and your Telegram username (the member dashboard that does this for you opens shortly). The invite works once and is valid for 24 hours.

Send /status to the bot to check your plan, or e-mail support@crownpips.com with your Telegram username and the e-mail you paid with, and we'll send a new invite.

Yes. Monthly and yearly plans stop at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep access until then. Manage or cancel your subscription via the Stripe receipt in your e-mail. If you come back later, the price at that time applies.

Every call has the market and direction, the entry, the stop loss and up to three take-profit levels (TP1–3), plus the management rule: move the stop to entry when TP1 hits. Updates follow while the trade runs.

We suggest a maximum of 0.5–1% of your account per call. Size your position from the distance between entry and stop loss, never from how confident a call sounds.

No. Nobody can. Trading carries a high risk of loss, calls and automated trades can and do lose, and past or simulated results don't guarantee future results. We post every call before it runs and every result after, win or loss.

No. With the calls, you decide and place every trade yourself. With Crown Pips Algo, the software runs on your own MT5 account with the settings you choose, and you can switch it off any time. We never hold your funds or ask for your password.

An active Elite plan, a trading account with any broker that offers gold (XAU/USD) on MetaTrader 5, and the MT5 desktop terminal on a computer or a VPS. Expert Advisors don't run in the MT5 mobile apps.

It works with any MT5 broker that offers XAU/USD. The Algo calculates the position size from your broker's own tick value, so different contract sizes are handled for you. Check two things once: attach it to your broker's gold symbol (the name can differ, for example XAUUSD or GOLD) and set your broker's server-time offset, so the UTC sessions line up.

No, but it helps. MT5 has to be open and online for the Algo to measure the Asia range, enter and manage trades — roughly 00:00 to 20:00 UTC on trading days. A VPS keeps it running when your own computer is off or asleep.

Yes. Risk per trade is an input (default 0.5% of your account), and so are the max daily loss (default 2%) and the max trades per day (default 3). We suggest 0.5–1% per trade at most. Higher risk also means bigger losing days.

Stop loss and take profit are sent with every order, so they sit on your broker's server even when your MT5 is offline. Break-even, trailing and the 20:00 UTC close need MT5 running: once it's back online, the Algo picks up the management of its open trades again.

No. Nobody can guarantee profit. The Algo follows fixed rules, and fixed rules have losing trades, losing days and losing months. Automated trading can lose money — sometimes more than planned when prices gap or slip. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

The Algo is new. We're rolling it out to Elite members in batches — the download, your licence key and the setup guide come through the bot and the member dashboard — and we keep improving the code and the guide based on feedback. There is no public track record yet, so we don't show performance numbers. Start on a demo account.

No. Crown Pips Algo is included in Elite, monthly and yearly, at no extra cost.

No. The Algo runs inside your own MetaTrader 5, on your own account. Your money stays with your broker, we never ask for your password or login, and you can switch the Algo off any time.

Your Crown Pips dashboard at app.crownpips.com: your plan and billing, every call in a searchable history, the Algo download and licence key, your MT5 accounts with the time the EA last connected, and AI help with setup questions (never trading advice). It's included in Elite and opens for members shortly.
